Today's workout was a modified Tumilson WOD. 


8 rounds


Rounds 1-4
250m run
11 dumbbell burpee deadlifts


25 push-ups
25 sit-ups
25 air squats


Rounds 5-8
250m run
11 dumbbell burpee deadlifts




Prescribed weight is 60lb dumbbells.  Our guideline for today is to take the weight you would use for concentration curls and double it.
